General Information:

Littlewood Farm is an organic vegetable and strawberry farm located in the Winooski Valley of central Vermont. We are a truck farm, in that we mostly focus on growing the produce and market wholesale in the local community. We dopick-your-own strawberries and a local farmer’s markets. Our main market is a booming consumer co-op in Montpelier . We crop about 6 to 8 of our 12 tillable acres each season, with the rest in cover crops. We grow crop units sized to manage with small-scale tractors and we like our hand tools, too. Joey has 35 years of experience to share, and firmly believes that the best way to learn this art is by doing it. Lots of opportunity for discussion, access to NOFA workshops, lots of neighboring organic farms to visit. There is great hiking and canoeing all around us.
